On November 1, 2006, I spent what would be my last moment with my grandmother. She had been battling health issues, and the next day, she suffered a heart attack during dialysis. Despite clinging to life for two days, she passed away on November 3rd. Since I had a background in media and film, I naturally took on the task of creating a photo slideshow for her funeral. The next day, while working on the slideshow, I received devastating news: my cousin had also tragically died overnight in an automobile accident. In a whirlwind of grief, I found myself making two memorial slideshows for my loved ones.

This heartbreaking experience led me to discover my passion for helping others commemorate their loved ones. A week later, a local funeral home requested my slideshow services for another family, impressed by the videos I had created for my own family members. In that moment, I realized how deeply fulfilling it was to assist families in their time of need. This sparked my dedication to memorial services, allowing me to extend my compassion and skills to families nationwide.
